The year 2023 marks the 250th Anniversary of the Boston Tea Party, a moment that forever changed the course of American history. In honor of this celebration, we’re giving everyone around the world a chance to get involved. Everyone is invited to collect loose-leaf tea and mail it to the Boston Tea Party Ships & Museum. This tea will be used during the 250th Anniversary & Reenactment of the Boston Tea Party on December 16, 2023.
This program is an exciting way for everyone to take part in this historic anniversary.
Each participating school will receive downloadable lesson plans, teaching materials about the Boston Tea Party, and a certificate of participation in the 250th Anniversary & Reenactment of the Boston Tea Party.
Tea must be dry and in loose-leaf form only. Please no tea bags!
